NFL Betting in Wisconsin

The NFL is the highest-volume betting sport in Wisconsin by a wide margin. The state’s only NFL franchise; the Green Bay Packers; drives the majority of that volume from August preseason through January playoffs.

Where to Bet NFL in Wisconsin

Online and mobile NFL betting is not yet live. Until it launches under 2025 Wisconsin Act 247, every legal NFL wager in the state must be placed at one of three tribal retail sportsbooks:

NFL Bet Types Available

  • Total (over/under); combined points
  • Parlays and teasers; multiple legs at boosted odds
  • Player props; passing yards, rushing yards, receptions, anytime TD
  • Game props; first score, longest TD, race to N points
  • Live in-game; updated lines after every drive

Things to Know

  • 21+: All Wisconsin sportsbooks require bettors to be at least 21.
  • In-state colleges restricted: Wisconsin sports betting prohibits wagering on in-state college teams (e.g., Wisconsin Badgers football). NFL is unrestricted.
  • Cash-only at retail: Most tribal sportsbook kiosks are cash-only. Bring a debit card for the casino ATM if needed.
  • Lines move on Packers: Wisconsin retail books often see Packers-specific line movement on Sunday morning when local money piles in.
